Every ratio is computed by FinVision, not scraped. Profitability, liquidity, leverage & growth ratios are derived from each year's reported financial statements (same source as the Statements tab: PSX + stockanalysis.com). Valuation ratios (P/E, P/B, P/S, EV/EBITDA, Dividend Yield) need a share price: the latest year uses the live/TTM price (updates ~8 min), while earlier years use each fiscal-year-end price from stockanalysis.com. All statement-based ratios recompute automatically each night (04:30) as new figures arrive, so a newly filed report shows up within hours (headline) to ~2 weeks (full detail), then flows straight into these ratios. The TTM column uses trailing-twelve-month income (last 4 quarters) with the latest-quarter balance sheet, and live prices for valuation.
